- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 6 slices bologna
- 1 (8″) crusty Italian roll, toasted
- 2 cups cooked thick-cut French fries
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- piri-piri sauce, to taste
- 1⁄2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
PREPARATION
- The first step is to prepare bologna. In a 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, and cook the bologna slices on each side for 1-2 minutes until browned.
- Slice the roll crosswise, arrange the fried bologna on the bottom half, and then cover with the additional toppings of fries, ketchup, piri-piri, and lettuce.
- Finish by covering with a top half of the roll.
