BTS Beats Billboard’s #1 Artist To Become One Chart’s All-Time Champ

This year is indeed another successful year for BTS and proves their huge reputation on all fronts. Recently, BTS’s record list has yet another record from the new Billboard Chart to add to the list!

Good news for BTS and ARMY this week, as our boys’ super h̾i̾t ̾“Butter” is topping Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart. “Butter” suddenly returned to the number one spot after rising more than 50 places to take it. Now, thanks to “Butter,” BTS has spent a total of 46 weeks on the Digital Song Sales chart, breaking the record of previous singers…

…Taylor Swift! With over 23 No.1 songs, this best-selling singer holds the most Billboard No.1 tracks, followed by Rihanna (14).

With 9 No.1, BTS is currently ranked with Beyoncé and Bruno Mars. BTS owns “Dynamite”, “Butter”, “Permission to Dance”, “Life Goes On”, “ON”, “Fake Love”, “Film Out”, “IDOL” (feat. Nicki Minaj) and “My” Universe” with Coldplay both reached No.1 on the Billboard charts.

In addition to these wins, BTS also holds the record for the longest time at #1 on the Digital Song Sales chart: 18 weeks for both “Dynamite” and “Butter.” This is a surprising record for a kσrєαn artist like BTS at this prestigious chart. In these last days of the year, it’s great that BTS’s record list is getting longer!

Once again, congratulations to BTS!
