How to cooking Chicken Gango



1/2 lb chicken feet
1/4 lb chicken livers
1/2 cup Onion 
1/2 cup Peppers 
2 cloves garlic 
1 teaspoon Curry
1 cup kale greens 
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes


How to Make Chicken Gango:

  1. Boil the gizzards until almost tender and add the chicken feet.
  2. Cook until tender.
  3. Add the oil and the chicken livers. Stir until browned.
  4. Add the onions and peppers and stir for a minute. Add the garlic and spices.
  5. Add the kale or rape greens and stir until wilted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately with sadza or rice.
